Lesson Packages
The number of lessons are counted per hour.

When you choose a package, you have full flexibility in how you use the hours:

• Each lesson is 1 hour and you can spread them out over as many days/weeks as you prefer.

• You can choose longer sessions if you prefer (e.g., a 2-hour session counts as 2 lessons).

• Example: A 10-hour package can be used as 1 lesson per week for 10 weeks, or 2 lessons per week for 5 weeks.

• Once you finish your package, you can easily top up with more hours.

• There’s no rush, lessons can be scheduled at a pace that suits your needs.

• We offer both. You can have lessons in-person (at your home, on campus, or another preferred location) in a convenient location that suits both the student and the tutor, or

• Online lessons are held on a video platform, where the tutor and student can see each other, share screens, use digital whiteboards, and work through materials together, making it just as interactive and effective as in-person tutoring.

Most students are matched within a day (24 hours). It can take up to 2 days (48 hours) in some cases.

Book early, even if you need lessons later, because our tutors are in high demand and may be fully booked.

If you’re not happy with your first lesson, you can either:

• Request a different tutor (you’ll still keep all the package hours with the new tutor), or

• Request a full 100% refund for all hours (you will not be charged for your first lesson).
